bredent copaSKY
bredent is a family company operating in Germany since 1974; implants are made at its own plant in Senden. The copaSKY system is known for its conical implant-abutment connection and short (ultra-short) implant options.

In our clinic we choose copaSKY when bone height is limited: short implants sometimes make it possible to avoid a sinus lift or bone grafting. The system holds the CleanImplant foundation's cleanliness certificate.
Reliability and research
The SKY system has been in clinical use for more than 20 years; publications by the manufacturer and independent groups exist for the short copaSKY implants. The system is made in Germany to ISO 13485 and carries the CE mark. Components are available through distributors in Europe and the CIS.
